At Mangta, your satisfaction is our top priority. That’s why we offer an Easy Returns policy. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, simply return it within 30 days for a hassle-free refund or exchange—no explanations needed. Please note, this policy Excludes Sale and Clearance Items. Shop with confidence knowing we’ve got you covered!
A LITTLE HELP FROM YOU
Please help us by returning items in their original, unused condition—unwashed, free of stains, undamaged, with tags and Corset Security Tape intact, along with the original inner packaging. If you take care of the items, we’ll take care of your refund. Items that are not restock-able will be donated or disposed of, and unfortunately, we cannot send them back to you.
CANCELLATIONS AND CHANGES TO ORDER
All orders are processed through an automated system, so cancellations are not possible once the order is placed. However, you can contact our customer support team (Monday to Friday), and if it's feasible to cancel or modify the order, we will assist you, though it's not guaranteed.
WARRANTY
All the items are covered under a limited warranty of 30 days for any damages or wear and tear.
EXCHANGE
To exchange an item, please return your original order for a refund and place a new order for the desired style or size. Due to high order volume, some sizes may not always be available, but we're happy to check stock or suggest a similar style in your size. For assistance, feel free to contact us using the form below or chat with our support team.
REFUND
Once we receive your return, it takes approximately 3 weeks to complete the quality check and restocking process. After the item has been restocked, we will notify you via email that your refund has been processed. Please note, original shipping costs are non-refundable.
PACK & SHIP
Place the return item in the poly envelope that was sent with your order.
HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?
To return an item:
1.Contact us at: help@mangta.com to request a return stating the reason.
2. We will promptly review the request and if it is within the 30 day period and is an eligible product we will send you a Return Authorization Number. Please place this number on the return package.
3. Package the Item securely, using the original packaging, and send it to us,
4. Send us the Tracking Number, if applicable, at help@mangta.com with the Subject “Return”.
5. Upon receipt, we will review your return and if the item is an eligible product in original condition, we will issue your return for the product price to the form of payment you used to make the purchase.
